Audfray-Petersen Prize awarded to Matthieu Floranc at the Salon des Artistes Animaliers

At the Salon des Artistes Animaliers of Bry-sur-Marne the "Audfray-Petersen" prize was awarded to Matthieu Floranc for his magnificent rhinoceros in direct carving on black spring-stone from Zimbabwe.

Matthieu Floranc, born in 1982, has achieved a remarkable work of power in the most difficult technique which is direct cutting.
